I've been going to Philippa's classes since February 2009. I'm healthier, happier, made new friends and lost over three stone too. My eating habits and my clothes have changed for the better. At my daughter's wedding last year, it was lovely to be able to wear a Mother of the Bride outfit that showed off my figure, rather than hiding my body under a loose fitting garment.

If you want to do something positive in your life, the exercise and the advice is amazing. I would recommend that you join Philippa Aldridge Fitness. It's changed my life for the better, and I"m sure it could do the same for you too.

Pam

Pam has lost 4 stone at her Philippa Aldridge Fitness class in Abingdon and has gone from a very tight size 18 to a slender size 10. She has maintained this weight loss for over a year! Pam’s energy levels have soared and she is fitter and healthier than she has ever been. Pam is not the only one in her family to have benefitted from this new found love of healthy eating and exercise – her husband is now 7 stone lighter and fitter than he has been for a long time.

I’ve always found a reason not to be active or not to change my eating habits but in January 2014 I made the best decision of my life, joining a Philippa Aldridge Fitness class. In the BEFORE picture I was approx 16.5 stone but didn’t know exactly as I avoided the scales. I went to various clubs and managed to lose weight (no more than 2 stone) over a few years. I was yo-yoing up and down and didn’t really enjoy any of the clubs so never managed to stay for very long.
